Every single person I have come into contact here has been outstanding. Radley does an excellent job of explaining what he is doing and why and provides the most comfortable experience one could possibly have at the dentist.

The best in the West!

I've been doing to Ballard Family Dentistry for about 20 years. I would never go anywhere else. Dr. Su is the best as is the entire staff. They focus on preventive care, but when you do need something beyond a routine cleaning, they explore options with you. I also love the fact that they have the latest in dental equipment. I highly recommend them.

the office is shiny new, with all the modern conveniences, the staff are warm, kind, and caring folks with wonderful calm demeanors that are nice to have when in a dentist's office. if you have any questions you can bet they will be answered quickly and in a manner that will assuage any concerns or fears that one may have surrounding dental visits. i cannot rate this practice highly enough!

Highly competent and friendly. I only felt awkward when I needed a lot of nitrous to relax and the doctor and staff discussed how they personally need so little. I felt embarrassed.
